A major Australian energy infrastructure company has announced its managing director has stepped down.
Jemena Managing Director of SGSP (Australia) Assets and Chairman of Zinfra, Frank Tudor, has stepped down from his roles, in which he has operated as a leader for five years.
The company’s board has appointed Jemena’s Chief Financial Officer, David Gillespie, as Acting Managing Director from 1 September 2023. Mr Gillespie has had an 18 year career at Jemena and has held a range of roles across finance, strategy, and risk.
Jemena expressed its gratitude and appreciation for Mr Tudor’s dedication during his tenure as Jemena’s Managing Director.
