S-5! – a leading authority on solar mounting technology for metal roofs – will introduce its new rail-less, direct-attach solar solutions this October at the 2024 All Energy Australia conference.

Attendees are invited to stop by the S-5! stand #40052 to learn more about the American-made PVKIT® rail-less, solar mounting system – well-known as the world’s first rail-less system for mounting solar modules to metal roofs. The S-5! team will be available to showcase the features and benefits of this technology, offering live demonstrations.

All Energy takes place October 23–24 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Learn more at www.all-energy.com.au.

In addition, S-5! is launching three new products at the show:

The Protea™ II – a versatile bracket for mounting solar PV to trapezoidal rib (single-skin and insulated) metal panel roofs. Used for both rail and rail-less systems, this bracket features an adjustable attachment base with a top length of up to 90mm.

The Protea ™ PV – a universal mounting system for installing solar PV modules on trapezoidal-rib metal roof profiles. It combines the adjustability of the ProteaBracket ™ with the ease of PVKIT®, making it a cost-effective and innovative way to install solar PV modules. Protea PV comes preassembled with a mid or edge configuration for an easy, efficient installation right out of the box. The Protea PV’s bonding and grounding features ensure an effective electrical connection between module frames, meeting UL 2703 requirements.

The KL7™ clamp – this is ideal for solar and utility fixing (light applications), providing zero-penetration attachment for Lysaght Klip-Lok 700 Hi-Strength® metal roof profiles. This also pairs nicely with the PVKIT for a rail-less solar mounting solution.

Founded by a veteran metal roof expert, S-5! has been an authority on metal roof attachment solutions since 1992. S-5!’s zero-penetration clamps and lifetime brackets attach virtually anything to most metal roof types, while maintaining roof integrity and warranties. Made in the US, S-5!’s solutions are engineered for a variety of roof-mounted applications and are now installed on more than 2.5 million metal roofs worldwide, including 7.3GW of roof-mounted solar, providing exceptional strength and longevity.
