Origin has appointed a new General Counsel and Executive General Manager, Company Secretariat, Risk and Governance, commencing on 2 March 2020.
Kate Jordan will join Origin in the position and report to CEO, Frank Calabria, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, with responsibility for legal, risk and internal audit as well as the Company Secretariat.
Mr Calabria said, “Kate is a welcome addition to Origin’s leadership team. Her extensive corporate advisory and commercial experience will be critically important in what is increasingly a fast-moving and competitive industry landscape.”
Ms Jordan is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Partner with Clayton Utz, including responsibility for People and Development. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and bachelor degrees in Law and Commerce from the Australian National University.
