Droppoint Australia has achieved both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications in recent weeks as the services provider rapidly grows its presence within the energy industry.
ISO 9001 certification – the globally recognised standard for quality management systems – covers Droppoint’s MOS (Materials Orchestration System) and supporting infrastructure, confirming the company’s processes are designed to consistently deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes for customers.
Having achieved ISO 27001 certification for information security in early November, ISO 9001 further strengthens Droppoint’s commitment to both protecting data and continuously improving service quality for field service and infrastructure customers.
Together, these certifications provide additional assurance for procurement, operations, and technology teams that critical inventory and logistics activities are governed by robust, audited frameworks.
“Quality and reliability are non-negotiable for both our customers and for Droppoint,” Droppoint general manager – product and technology Shane Milne said.
“ISO 9001, alongside ISO 27001, is a clear signal that we are investing in the systems, governance and culture needed to support complex field operations with confidence.”
