A new reporting tool from Jemena allows customers to report pole and wire faults online.

The Pole and Wire Fault Reporting Tool allows customers to enter the street address closest to the fault and then select a fault type from a range of options. An instant alert is then sent to the faults team so a member of Jemena’s field crew can assess the reported fault. Previously customers could only report a fault by calling the all centre.

Jemena’s electricity network delivers electricity to over 330,000 homes and businesses in northern and western Melbourne.
