The CEO and Managing Director of ReNu Energy, Chris Murray, has stepped down immediately due to personal reasons.
The Board has begun a search for a replacement and in the interim, Chairman, Steve McLean, and senior executives will manage the business on a day to day basis.
“We thank Chris for his contribution to the ReNu Energy story and wish him well. I can assure ReNu Energy shareholders that the Board and management team are excited about our strategy and look forward to providing an update on our ongoing strategic initiatives in the coming weeks,” Mr McLean said.
